This article spoke about a mother named Tandou Ouloguem, and how she improvised games/toys with whatever she has around the house. She plays and interacts with her sons, both of her sons attends the Centre-de-developpment de la petite enfance of Siby-Siby and Early Childhood Centre supported by M&M Foundation through UNICEF SWEDEN and in colloboration with the Minstry of Education and the NGO.

ReplyDeleteI agree that UNICEF is helping the world cope with issues with Covid and our "new normal." If more organizations and policy makers had this same thought process, the mental health of our children and families could be improved drastically. Thanks for sharing and happy 2021!

ReplyDeleteGreat blog post! In your blog, you have highlighted the importance of play. All types of structured or unstructured play are very important for the child. The most important thing is eye contact with the kids. In your blog picture mother is looking at her baby and the baby is also looking at her.
