What is COVID-19? And How Does It Relate to Child Development?
This article talks about COVID-19 affects the children and the family. Covid-19 It is important for us to keep our distance from one another (physically) and also stay connected to the people we care about. Some ways are: video chatting, saying hello to a neighbor that is 6ft or more away. These connections can make stress feel easier to bear,
Also taking a minute to close your eyes and breathe in and out can help. Because slow breathing tells your body's stress system to ease up. This can help you response better at even the most difficult times.
I found these three articles/video clip very interesting. It really makes the material very easy to understand. I love the way that all three can connect with each other. And in the way the culture has changed since COVID-19, we now more than every have to make those bonds with children through play more now than ever.
