Jobs/ Roles ECE Community: Internationally

Jobs/ Roles ECE Community: Internationally

With many of these Organizations, it caught my eye for the mission statement that each one of them have and the vision of the company. These  three different agencies also include education as a big part of their organization. This was the first time hearing or learning about OECD and UNESCO these two companies reminds me of NAEYC. The set up and the goals that they are achieving everyday with educating children and families that are in need. All three covers many countries and also have many teaching tools for educators.

The project will support countries in developing system-level policies to transform school education for the digital age, focusing on the digital transformation of school education and enhancing the future-readiness of the teaching profession. 1. Hi Takeisha, like you I was not familar with OCED or UNESCO and I agree they are set up much like NAEYC with global reach. I also selected Save the Children. I like that they have literacy programs for children and adults in the United States and globally (Save the Children, 2021). I was able to find a large list of career opportunites. 2. Hi Takeisha, thank you so much for sharing these organizations with us. I too had a difficult time finding job postings for my organizations as well. I found it helpful looking at UNjobs and then typing in my field of interest in their search engine. I was able to find headstart teaching jobs on this site and saw that it was connected and partnered with Save the Children. I hope this helps you with your future job search!
